A mix of new and familiar games tonight, with a steady climb as the rounds went on and things started clicking.

Learned more on Pokémon Premium after playing the Pro version last week — the colors matter, the captive balls matter, and everything started connecting. Captured a Pokémon, reached multiball, and hit a skill shot. Great game.

Rush continues to feel good — friendly ramps, time machine shots, Tom Sawyer mode, and Red Barchetta multiball. The flow on that game is awesome.

Motordome surprised me with a 1st place finish — sometimes beginners luck shows up right when you need it most.

Finished the night with 24 points and a top-10 result in a strong field, with a steady climb across the rounds.

Huge shout out to Shaniya Lee for earning a perfect night — 35 points across 5 rounds is seriously impressive.
Also a reminder that fitness trackers don’t always understand pinball — 3 hours of league play logged as “golf,” but still resulted in over 11,000 steps for the day. Standing, walking between machines, balance control, core engagement, and the mental effort of competition all add up.
Incidental Exercise

A friend smiled and said “still counts” twice in one conversation — once about exercise and once about pinball. That’s when I realized the idea had officially left my notebook and entered real life.
Progress doesn’t always look dramatic — sometimes it looks like one better decision… one better shot… one better round.
Still learning.
Still improving.
Still counts. 📈
