How WellnessWhiskersSilverballs.com rolls
Ethics, Values & Community
Wellness Whiskers & Silverballs (WWS) exists at the intersection of movement, mental health, pinball, and real life. This project wasn’t built to sell perfection, hustle culture, or unrealistic wellness standards. It was built to support people where they are, celebrate movement that fits real bodies, and honor the communities that make life richer.
This page lays out the values that guide how WWS is created, who I collaborate with, and how I show up—online and in real life.
🧭 Core Values
1. Real Life Counts
Movement doesn’t have to be extreme, aesthetic, or gym-based to matter. Walking, dancing, incidental exercise, anxiety regulation, and showing up on hard days all count.
There is no shame for eating. There is no shame for resting. There is no shame for living your life.
Consistency, kindness, and self-trust matter more than perfection.
2. Wellness Is Not One-Size-Fits-All
I am not a doctor, trainer, or clinician. What I share is lived experience—what has helped me navigate weight changes, anxiety, menopause, motivation, and movement across different seasons of life.
WWS encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and adaptation—not comparison.
3. Community First — Always
Pinball is not just a hobby; it’s a community. Whenever possible, pinball people get first dibs when work needs to be done for WWS.
Artists, designers, printers, makers, technicians, organizers—if you are part of the pinball world and have the skills, you are my first call.
This isn’t about exclusion. It’s about:
- keeping resources circulating within the community
- working with people who understand the culture
- supporting the humans who make pinball what it is
Keep it in the family.
4. Respect Over Ridicule
Movement looks different on different bodies.
Some people dance. Some people wiggle. Some people shuffle, kick, sing, or hunker in.
At pinball machines and in life, movement is often regulation, focus, and care, not distraction. WWS celebrates passion, effort, and heart—never mockery.
5. Transparency & Integrity
When affiliate links, partnerships, or collaborations are present, they are shared openly.
Recommendations are based on real use and real experience—not trends or payouts.
Trust matters.
👕 The WWS Evolution Shirt

The WWS Evolution shirt exists to tell a story—not a brand flex, not a finish line, but a snapshot of growth.
Wellness Whiskers & Silverballs didn’t start as a business plan. It started as a way to keep myself moving, grounded, and accountable in real life. Walking for my mental health. Dancing in my living room. Managing anxiety at pinball tournaments. Showing up even when motivation was low.
Over time, that personal practice grew into shared language:
- Still counts.
- Incidental exercise matters.
- Movement is regulation, not punishment.
- You don’t have to disappear from the things you love to take care of yourself.
And woven through all of it: pinball, anxiety regulation, and cats supervising the process—because joy, curiosity, and companionship are part of wellness too.
The Evolution shirt marks that shift—from something I was doing quietly for myself into something that resonated with other people.
It represents:
- choosing consistency over extremes
- building wellness around joy instead of shame
- regulating anxiety through movement and play
- letting community shape the work
- growing slowly, on purpose
This shirt isn’t about where WWS is “going.” It’s about where it’s been, and the fact that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be real.
If you see someone wearing it, you’re looking at a story of movement, patience, and showing up as they are.
🕹️ Pinball People I Work With
WWS is better because of the talented, generous people in the pinball community business. When I collaborate, I prioritize pinball folks who bring both skill and heart to their work.
💜 Why This Matters
Supporting pinball people isn’t branding—it’s values in action.
It means:
- better collaboration
- deeper trust
- shared understanding
- and work that feels authentic instead of transactional
WWS is built slowly, intentionally, and with gratitude for the communities that make it possible.
Still counts.
Still moving.
Still pinball.
