Restaurant Week called, and we answered. 😂🍽️
Tonight Andrew, Mama, and I headed to Rodizio Grill for Restaurant Week, and let’s just say… we came prepared to do some very serious food research.

There was a LOT to choose from, but a few things clearly won the night for us.
🥩 Flank Steak — Mama’s and my favorites. The seasoning and flavor were amazing!
🥩 Tri-tip was Andrew’s top choice!
🥩 Pork Shoulder — tender, flavorful, and absolutely worth going back for.
🍍 Grilled Pineapple — because grilled pineapple is apparently one of those things that makes you wonder why you don’t eat it all the time. (Andrew is allergic, but mama and I were in love!)
And then there was the salad bar.
This wasn’t just a token bowl of lettuce and a few toppings. It was loaded with options, including pickled beets, marinated mushrooms, seafood pasta salad, and plenty more. There were so many colorful and interesting choices that the salad bar practically demanded its own sampling session.
The cole slaw with grilled pineapple and coconut was another standout.
And after all of that?
Flan. ❤️
A lovely way to finish the meal.
Of course, we tried plenty of other things along the way, but Flank Steak, Pork Shoulder, and Grilled Pineapple were the winners at our table.
Restaurant Week research: complete. ✔️
Empty plates: also complete. 😂
And yes, this absolutely counts as wellness. Because wellness without perfection means sometimes dinner is a giant pile of Brazilian barbecue, followed by flan.
Still counts. Always. 💜
