Foodie Friday #15 – Chicken Corn Chowder

Chicken Corn Chowder.

4 chicken thighs

1 can cream of chicken

1 can cream of mushroom

1 package assorted baby potatoes halved

1 bag frozen corn

1 stick butter

1 can milk

2 cans water

Seasoned salt

Dill

Garlic powder

1 can French fried onions

6-quart Crockpot


Instructions

Throw all the ingredients,  minus half the can of French fried onions – those are for garnish when you serve the soup, into the crockpot.  Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken onto plate and cut up into small pieces, then throw back in the crockpot. Stir really well.

(Makes 5 Quarts of soup)

Serve with rolls or croissants

French fried onions, Shredded cheese
