Tonight was one of those weirdly satisfying league nights where the scoreboard doesn’t fully explain how good the pinball actually felt.
I ended up in group after group with killers and kept having people edge me out by just a little bit… but honestly? I played REALLY well tonight and I’m proud of it.
Big breakthrough of the night:
IRON MAN.
That game usually feels like it’s trying to physically remove your soul through the outlanes, but tonight something finally clicked. Every ball felt like controlled panic, adrenaline, and near death… and somehow it WORKED.
42 million on a brutal 3-ball Iron Man game.
Highest score I’ve ever had on it.
And yes, I absolutely danced afterward. 😂
I also discovered:
– Iron Man blasts AC/DC during certain multiballs
– apparently I may secretly like this terrifying game now
– and dangerous fast games might actually be my thing
Then I followed it up with:
⚔️ a really strong Sinbad game
⚔️ multiplier progression almost every ball
⚔️ lit spinner cash-ins
⚔️ split-flipper nonsense
⚔️ old-school chaos management
And honestly? I LOVE split flippers.
Everyone else groans at them and I’m over here having the time of my life trying to trap up like a goblin wizard.

Tonight felt less like “trying to survive league”
and more like:
“Ohhhh… I’m starting to understand these machines.”
