Some foods cannot.
Ice cream?
Works fine for me.
Chips and candy?
Easier to enjoy occasionally outside the house.
For me, this looks like:
Reese’s?
Better as an occasional treat out of the house.
Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips + peanut butter?
Works at home.
Crunchy snacks?
Granola, cereal, fruit, nuts, milk — all with structure.
Because for me,
it’s not just what I eat…
it’s how easy it is to keep going.
Different people have different patterns.
Food is not a moral test.
It is a personal negotiation.
Build an environment that supports the version of you that you are becoming.
