99-degree Arizona night, live music drifting through the parking lot, pinball bells echoing through three packed rooms, and a community ranging from teenagers to retirees all sharing the same space like one giant weird family.

Five rounds of competition, survival battles on Medieval Madness, brutal draws, comeback moments, and plenty of “I am not dead yet” energy.

Some games were rough.

Some were solid.

A few stung.

A few felt great.

Galaxy was either magic or betrayal depending on the ball.

But the best part of league night is still the atmosphere:

The sunset, our people, laughing between rounds, rocking out to the live band in the parking lot, and spending hours together doing something we genuinely love.

6½ to 7 years into this hobby and it’s still wild to look around and remember when Electric Bat was one tiny room with about 15 machines. Now it’s 63 machines, three rooms, tournaments everywhere, and a community that keeps growing.

Incidental Exercise Receipts

Heat, noise, stress, adrenaline, incidental exercise, friendships, competition, and neon lights.

Still counts.
