This week my readiness score sat in the “moderate/mixed” zone…

but last night told a different story.

Sleep Sunday night

7 hours, 18 minutes of sleep.
Only 3 minutes awake.
Sleep score: 91.
Heart rate calm almost the entire night.

That’s not “off track.”

That’s recovery doing its job.

Here’s the part I’m learning (and maybe you need this too):

your tracker doesn’t always update as fast as your body heals.

I had a stretch of real life—travel, wedding prep, movement, stress.
Of course my readiness dipped.

But then…

Good sleep shows up.
Your system settles.
And your body quietly says,
“Hey, we’re okay again.”

Not every comeback shows up as a high score right away.

So today?

We move.

We walk.

We do our version of progress.

Nothing extreme. Nothing fancy.
Just consistent.

Still counts.

Anyone else ever feel better than their tracker says?
