




Lunch was a good reminder that balance is possible in real life.
I ordered the short rib grilled cheese with jalapeño, enjoyed it, and listened to my hunger cues — half the sandwich and just a couple fries were plenty.
The rest came home in a to-go box for another day.


I even parked in a far parking lot to add extra steps before and after lunch. Plus, I needed to test out my new hiking sandals!
Wellness doesn’t require perfection — just awareness and small choices that add up over time.
