Families walking kids to school  and tomatoes growing in North Phoenix

One of my favorite parts of walking is noticing the small routines happening all around me.

There is a grandma, a mom, and a dog team that walk a child to school most mornings.

They do the drop-off together, then turn around and walk home together to start their day.

Another dad wheels alongside his child in the mornings too. Same route. Same steady presence.

Quiet support. Quiet consistency.

Some days those kids may not realize how meaningful those little walks are — but one day, they might.

Little walk notes to lean on later in life.

Still counts. 🌱
