Started the morning with Walk 3 of 5 for the week of May 17, then accidentally activated the full “adult responsibilities endurance event” expansion pack. 😂

Today included:
• morning walk before the Arizona heat kicked in,
• Senior Wednesday chaos at Fry’s,
• Circle K supply run,
• grocery haul,
• unloading and putting everything away,
• laundry rotation management,
• and pre-trip prep while mentally calculating future cat sabotage possibilities.

Movement numbers for the day so far:
8,621 steps
3.46 miles
31 zone minutes
1,422 calories burned

The funniest Fitbit entry of the day was it labeling TWO HOURS of grocery unloading, kitchen laps, lifting bags, pantry organization, laundry movement, and travel prep pacing as:
“Walk — 0.43 miles”
Apparently “mom energy in constant motion” counts as cardio now. Honestly? Fair.

Also survived:
– senior shuttle invasions in phases,
– firefighters grocery shopping,
– sparrow air raids,
– porta-potty logistics failures,
– and the emotional tension of deciding whether produce should be purchased before or after a trip.

Walk Receipts
