Good morning North Phoenix

Turns out the healthier I get, the less my Fitbit looks impressive.

Arizona landscaping continues to keep things interesting 🌵

Pretty sure I found prehistoric dinosaur snacks today 🌺🦕
Those bright orange flowers look like something a triceratops would absolutely approve of.

Neighborhood garden report:
• tomatoes still producing 🍅
• Three Sisters thriving 🌽🌱🫘
• pomegranates everywhere (still allergic… still impressed) ❤️
• desert plants living their best resilient life 🌵

Meanwhile… Fitbit and I had one of our “define exercise” conversations again.

Two walks.
Almost the same distance.
Very different opinions.

Walk Receipts

One walk:
“light activity”
apparently my heart was feeling peaceful

Another walk:
“moderate + vigorous zones”
apparently my heart chose drama

Reality:
both walks moved the story forward.

Some days build cardio.
Some days build consistency.
Some days build sanity.

All of them count.

Weekly cardio progress is moving.
Step count is moving.
Habit is intact.

Still counts.
Keeps counting.
Compounds over time. 📈
