Started the morning with 17 minutes of stretching so I don’t repeat the ankle mishap situation.

Strong ankles = consistent walks.

Obstacle course level today: middle school rush hour traffic 😆

Students on foot + bikes = agility training.

Middle schoolers do NOT move.

The Still Counts crosswalk lady has leveled up — she added 15 lb dumbbells to her routine! 💪

Also accidentally turned today into upper body day: purse + 2 full 52 oz Stanley cups = functional strength training

Music assist provided by Gloria Estefan, Elvis, and Vanilla Ice. 🎶

Prickly pear update: blooms are finishing and the fruit is coming in strong.🌵

Totals so far:

• 8,716 steps
• 3.82 miles
• 112 active zone minutes

Stacking continues at home with:

goblet squats
bent-over rows
pinball push-ups

Pinball machines are the perfect height for incline push-ups, so yes… pinball push-ups are officially a thing.

Then off to Epic Women’s Monday Night Pinball League tonight. See you there!🎯
