Groggy start this morning… definitely feeling yesterday’s strength circuit (goblet squats, incline push-ups, bent-over rows… and apparently some mystery ab situation that RSVP’d without notifying me).

Started slow, but once Mr. Blue Sky showed up in the playlist, the system came online. ☀️

Cactus flowers were out, sky was cooperating, and the weather gods clearly approved the timing.

Coffee secured ☕
Egg bites secured 🍳
Forward motion secured 👟

Headwind made it feel like an uphill day, but we negotiated terms and kept moving.

Witnessed a small act of kindness along the way — a kind person made sure someone else got lunch.

Good reminder that the world still has good in it.

Side quest: haircut achieved ✂️
Efficiency level: acceptable.
