After Monday night’s Epic Women’s Pinball League, I decided that a successful night of flipper abuse absolutely required an ice cream adventure. So I headed to Brooker’s Founding Flavors in Chandler—and this place did NOT disappoint when it came to the atmosphere!
Colonial décor, historical characters, barrels, flags, costumes, a fireplace, and even a “Royalty” bathroom vs. “Plebes” bathroom situation. 😂🇺🇸
The theme gets a 10/10 from me.
And then there was the important part:
🍦 THE ICE CREAM.
I went BIG: four scoops with marshmallow cream, caramel, whipped cream, peanuts, and cherries.
The flavors?
🍑 Peach — sadly, the weak link. Very little peach flavor and no peach pieces. Boo.
🍯 Honeycomb — delicious, with little bits of honeycomb throughout.
🥕 Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting — THE WINNER. Actual chunks of carrot cake AND cream cheese frosting. Absolutely fantastic.
🥧 Oatmeal Cream Pie — packed with actual pieces of oatmeal cream pie cookies. Also really good!
The toppings were good, although I would’ve happily accepted more caramel and marshmallow cream. 😂

Would I go back?
Absolutely. There are more flavors to investigate, and apparently I have unfinished business with the toppings. 😂
