Andrew and I ordered the Lovely Bit O’ Salmon Pasty, filled with tender salmon, red potatoes, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, and fresh dill, all wrapped in Cornish Pasty Co.’s signature flaky, golden pastry. It came with a creamy dill dipping sauce that complemented the salmon perfectly without overpowering it. The filling was fresh, flavorful, and hearty—we would absolutely order this one again.
