Starbucks Carrot Method Fuel

Your coffee + what helps power the walk.

For me, it’s a Trente, Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and Bacon and Gruyere Egg Bites.

In the past, it was McDonald’s Iced Coffee and a breakfast burrito. Before that it was Einstein’s bagel coffee and a protein bialli with peanut butter.  Sometimes it’s a coffee and a hard-boiled egg with cottage cheese with avacado or fruit. Sometimes it is leftovers from last night and coffee.

Small routines support big consistency overtime.

So, in short some caffeine,  protein,  carbs,some vitamins, and some fats each morning. It will usually be small, but not always. Something flexible is often necessary.

Still counts.
