
This isn’t advice.
Just what works for me.
When I walk, I try to keep it simple:
• I walk in the daylight, not the dark
• I only wear one earbud (so I can hear what’s around me)
• I stay aware—no zoning out too hard
• I let Andrew know when I’m leaving
• And I let him know when I’m back
Basically…
If I don’t come back in a reasonable amount of time,
he knows it’s time to start asking questions 😄
I still listen to music.
I still listen to podcasts.
I still enjoy my walks.
I just try to stack a little awareness on top of it.
Not perfect.
Not extreme.
Just steady.
Still counts 💛
Because taking care of yourself…
counts more than perfect ever will.
