Coffee walks, Cats, Pinball, and Realistic Wellness. Small habits. Real life. Still counts.
Before pinball, we fuel up. Car Sushi from Fry’s Grocery store in Tempe, Arizona

Tuesday nights often start with car sushi before league at Electric Bat Arcade. The parking lot has some of the best people-watching around — a mix of arcade regulars, first-timers, curious passersby, and fellow night owls on their own adventures.

Simple moments like this help create rhythm in the week:
a familiar stop
a favorite food
a little conversation
then into the glow of the machines

Real life doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.

Sometimes wellness looks like:
showing up
sharing a meal
laughing in the car
keeping traditions alive

Then stepping inside and letting the silverballs fly.

Still counts.
