Foodie Friday #1

If the house contains ingredients, meals don’t require motivation — only assembly.

The Ingredients House approach focuses on keeping flexible building blocks on hand so food decisions don’t depend on energy, mood, or creativity.

Instead of needing a specific recipe, meals come together naturally from combinations of proteins, grains, vegetables, sauces, and simple flavor boosters already in the kitchen.

When the basics are stocked, options stay open: eggs can become breakfast, lunch, or dinner; rotisserie chicken can become soup, tacos, pasta, salad, or a quick protein plate; jar sauces and seasoning packets create variety without extra effort. The goal is not fancy cooking — it is reducing friction so eating at home becomes the easiest choice. Small combinations add up to real nourishment, even on tired days.

Useful tools of the ingredients house includes: lemon, olive oil, butter, seasonings & spices, Ranch seasoning packets, Italian Seasoning packets, milk, flour, corn meal, steel cut oats, sugar, natural honey, natural peanut butter
