Headed out for my walk

Apparently I am now on Week 6 of 5 of exercise for the week… which seems mathematically suspicious, but Fitbit says it counts, so I’m going with it.

This morning turned into one of those classic Wellness Whiskers Silverballs days:

🚶‍♀️ Walked to Starbucks then Circle K and back (about 3.5 miles total)

☀️ Got some Arizona sunshine and cardio

🗣️ Had a great sidewalk conversation with Raymundo about Frankie Valli songs and the difference between “I Love You Baby” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.”

🎰 Explained that competitive pinball is actually a real thing (which still surprises people).

Total movement for the morning: • ~3.5 miles
• 8,000+ steps
• 80+ active minutes

Walk Receipts

Along the way a lady rolled down her car window to tell me she loved my outfit. I was wearing cassette tape earrings, hot pink scrunched socks, silver tennis shoes, and heart leggings, which apparently qualifies as high fashion in my neighborhood.

Tomorrow is the Starfighters monthly, so the Stern shirt will come out and the serious pinball face will be activated… although it will probably still be paired with ridiculous leggings.

Remember the motto from our scene:
It only takes one good ball.
And if that doesn’t happen… well…
the pinball gods have spoken. 😄

Back home and feeling every step

Still moving.

Still counts.

Tomorrow: Starfighters monthly.
