Today’s workout was brought to you by the Five-Cat Sanitation Department.

What Fitbit calls: Cleaning
What it actually was: Catbox Deep Clean

Step 1: Empty three litter boxes
Step 2: Vacuum the cabinet area
Step 3: Haul bins outside
Step 4: Hose and scrub everything
Step 5: Refill litter
Step 6: Carry trash bags to the alley
Step 7: Chase Monkey around the garage when she opens the door and hosts an unauthorized garage party
Step 8: Conduct a full five-cat census to make sure no one else joined the adventure

Meanwhile the management team supervised operations:

🐱 Willow — Supervisor in Chief
🐱 Gabby — Quality Control Manager (window inspection division)
🐱 Monkey — Shipping & Logistics / Chaos Department
🐱 Xena & Mr. T — Remote workers in Andrew’s office

Fitbit summary:
• 1 hour cleaning
• 1,419 steps
• 39 minutes with elevated heart rate
• Part of a 3.6 mile / 8,200+ step day

Sometimes fitness looks like a gym.

Sometimes it looks like running sanitation for five cats.

Movement that keeps your life running still counts.

Incidental exercise.

Hard mode.

Still counts.

Refill bags help reduce plastic, and delivery saves the heavy lifting — especially helpful for multi-cat households going through litter quickly.

Still counts.
