Strength session

This was a smart, balanced day, full stop.

After two vigorous morning walks (56 minutes total in Vigorous!), you pivoted into a 30-minute strength session that stayed intentionally in the Light heart rate zone (avg 92 bpm). That’s not a miss — that’s excellent self-regulation.

Pinball push-ups

What you did:
Pinball push-ups (3×5)
Goblet squats (3×10)
Bent-over rows (2×10 each side)
Calf raises
Arm circles + full arm/leg/back stretches

Why this matters

Light HR ≠ ineffective. Strength work isn’t supposed to live in Vigorous the whole time. Staying light means better form, joint safety, and real muscle engagement — especially after hard cardio.

Your heart rate built gradually, topping out around 103 bpm toward the end, which shows fatigue + effort without overload.

“This combo — vigorous cardio earlier, controlled strength later — is exactly how you support recovery and progress.”
